Kevin Conrad of Papua New Guinea takes the Bush delegation to task:

We seek your leadership. But if for some reason you are not willing to lead, leave it to the rest of us. Please get out of the way.

The rest of the conference attendees applauded. I think I would have too. Next stop, Copenhagen.

White House engaged in systematic effort to manipulate climate change science

Best summed up by a quote from Congressman Henry Waxman, House Oversight Committee Chairman:

The evidence before the Committee leads to one inescapable conclusion: the Bush Administration has engaged in a systematic effort to manipulate climate change science and mislead policymakers and the public about the dangers of global warming.

The rest of the report is just as damning. It’s short, I’d recommend taking a look if you’re even the least bit interested in the politics of climate change.
